2. The present petition has been preferred for grant of the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15288 of 2016(5) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 "i) That the order dated 10.05.2016 passed by Learned Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No. 467/2015 contained in annexure-9 may be quashed.

ii) That the order dated 03.03.2015 in mutation revision case no.

159/1996-97 passed by Commissioner, Tirhut division Muzaffarpur contained in annexure-8 may be quashed.

iii) That the order dated 23.01.1997 /24.01.1997 passed by the Additional Collector, West Champaran in Case No. 31/1990-91 contained in annexure-6 may be quashed.

iv) That any other relief or reliefs may be allowed which may be just proper and equitable in the opinion of this Hon'ble Court."
