JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 This has come under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the appellants. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that by the order of this Court dated 1.7.2017 the appellants were directed to be released on bail but in the last paragraph of the order it has been mentioned 'let the appellants surrender before the Court of Special Judge within a period of four weeks'.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 1.7.2017 stands modified to the extent that appellants were directed to be released on bail and not pre-arrest bail, as it appears from the record that appeal was for grant of bail and not for pre-arrest bail. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
