Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 294 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are neither named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from their conscious possession and it appears from paragraph-8 to the petition that on the basis of confessional statements, made in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 425 of 2011, the police sent requisition for remand of the petitioners in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3651 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
