That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, or direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus, directing to the respondent authorities to lodge an F.I.R. against respondent no. 7 namely Smt. Tabbasum Ara, the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj, Indrawan Abadullah, Block-Thawe, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.4494 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 Gopalganj and after completion of proper and fair investigation, take the respondents no. 7 & 8 behind the bar according to law with allegation of embezzlement of government fund, during implementation of 7 Nischay Mukhya Mantri Yojana, comes under the purview of financial irregularities and derailment of performing official duty by the respondents no. 7 & 8."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
