JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. case No.14 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. No.111 of 2017/ CR 111/17 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1B)a/25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 26(I)(II), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 5th-cum-Special Judge, Munger.

Allegation is that 159 barrel, 158 half made pistol and some equipments of fire arms along with 1.5 liters of foreign liquor were recovered from the vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2017 and the charge sheet has

It is said that 159 barrel, 158 half made pistol and some equipments of fire arms along with 1.5 liters of foreign liquor are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He was running a mini gun factory. The matter is of very serious nature. It is not in social interest to grant him bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The same is rejected.
