2. The petitioner seeks bail registered for the offence under Sections 25(1)(a) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of fire arms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is no recovery of any arms rather a false and concocted story has been made against him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 08.12.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19899 of 2024(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No.112 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kundan Kumar Gupta, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai/concerned Court.
