2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners abused and assaulted the informant with tangi, knife and hockey stick. They also assaulted his wife. It is further alleged that co-accused Deepak Kumar tried to outrage the modesty of his sister.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties and they belong to the same family. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
