10-05-2017 Heard Sri Prabhu Nath Pathak, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 6. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 11512 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 30-03-2016. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 11512 of 2011 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 30-03-2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11512 of 2011 is not complied with by 19th of this month, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 11512 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
