JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Town PS Case No. 726 of 2017 registered under Sections 401 and 413 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, except confessional statement of the petitioner about his involvement there is nothing against him and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pappu Alam @ Mojhar Alam is directed to be released on bail, only after verifying his criminal antecedent, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Town PS Case No. 726 of 2017.
