It is the stand of the Madarsa Board that petitioner's Madarsa is not one of the institutions,which have been recommended under the list of 2459 Madarsa, which were recommended for financial aid by the government. If that be so then no direction can be issued in favour of the petitioner for any kind of financial aid or inclusion. Petitioner will have to fight a battle for inclusion and short listing of the Madarsa within the frame work of such decision making. If he is out of the domain then no order in his favour can be
