2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 06.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge VIcum-Special Court (POCSO), Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.176 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
