The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sare P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Anandi Yadav, son of the petitioners 15 years ago. He got information that his daughter was done to death by her husband and other in-laws.
It appears that the informant made no specific allegation against the petitioners who were mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and the marriage was solemnized 15 years ago.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2898 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
