JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case allegation is that Rs.1,74,892/- and other articles were looted by the petitioner and others. He further submits that looted article was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018, yet he has not been put on T.I.P to connect the petitioner in the instant case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to
