Patna High Court MJC No.244 of 1992 (6) dt.17-03-2015

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.244 of 1992 ====================================================== Sidhnath Singh .... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

State & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 17-03-2015 No one appears for the petitioner even today. By order dated 16.4.1991 passed in C.W.J.C.

No.7748 of 1990, this Court had merely directed the petitioner to file a detailed representation, which was to be disposed of by the Special Director (Middle School), Bihar, as earlier as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

The contempt application has been filed on account of none disposal of the representation. More than two decades have passed since then, but no steps are being taken by learned counsel for the petitioner in the matter which may now have become infructuous.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
