Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.81 of 2017, registered under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage established sexual relationship and after some period of time married with another girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and she has lodged the case only to extract money from the petitioner, according to the allegation itself, for the first time, sexual relationship was established on 01.01.2016 and this case is lodged on 09.11.2017 and there is no medical evidence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13124 of 2018(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 regarding termination of pregnancy.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Anand Abhinandan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.81 of 2017.
