The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the complainant. The allegation is false and concocted. It appears that the complainant made allegation against her husband that he assaulted her causing miscarriage.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period
