JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of making attempt by the petitioner to establish forceful physical relationship with the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to petty village politics the accusation has been levelled when the informant has retracted from the initial version. The aforesaid contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3409 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Benipatti P.s. Case No. 49 of 2014 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Madhubani.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
