The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kusheshwarsthan Tilkeshwar (O.P.) P.S. Case No.136 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Shivji Mukhia to the extent that petitioner had illicit relation with the deceased that is why the deceased was murdered.

Considering the fact that there is no direct
