The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No. 796 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner committed Marpit with informant (Constable) by fist and slaps and also torn his uniform.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is suffering from mental disorder. The injury sustained by the informant is found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.13857 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.
