As he was not appearing, bailable warrant through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna was issued for his production. From the report dated 29th of January, 2018, it is evident that the sole appellant Sidheshwar Yadav, son of Late Ram Karan Singh, has expired on 17.1.2009 and the documents in support
