The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner is of having used farsa blow on the deceased while the injury as per the post-mortem report has been caused by hard and blunt object. Leaned counsel submits that there are cross cases registered with regard to the same incident as it was open fight, whereas the injury has been caused to the petitioner's side also, as one person of the petitioner's side has expired.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23750 of 2021(3) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel submits that the other co-accused were also granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Taking into consideration, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
