JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-02-2018 In pursuance to the order passed on 09.01.2018, the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, has submitted a report which goes to show that the sole appellant Singhasan Singh, son of late Sheo Govind Singh, has expired more than 20 years back. The certificates of the competent authorities have been enclosed as a proof thereof.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, as the sole appellant has expired, the appeal stands disposed of as having abated due to death of the appellant.
