05. 09.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 29.01.2015 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 542(C) of 2012 (Tr. No. 1918 of 2014) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2.
