3. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit and in the interest of litigant, order dated 02.02.2024 passed in Civil Review No. 56 of 2023 arising out of

Patna High Court MJC No.655 of 2024(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 LPA No. 159 of 2021 stands recalled and restored to its original file and number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand).

4. Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Indian Bank, Branch-LNMI, Bailey Road, Patna, IFSC No. IDIB000L501 having Bank Account No. 7801893276 within a period of eight weeks.

5. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 655 of 2024 stands allowed.
