Claim in the instant proceeding is on account of salary. Petitioner submits that he has not been paid due and admissible salary prior to March, 2016 though he joined on 31.12.2014 as pharmacist in the office of the Civil Surgeon, Begusarai and thereafter he was posted in the office of Addl.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4407 of 2016(3) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Medical Officer, Health Center, Parihra (Bakhri) Begusarai. Claim of the petitioner was made before respondent no.5. However, no decision has been taken on the said application till date.
Since admissibility of the petitioner is to be examined by the authority concerned having regard to date of joining as well as the petitioner's work in the said period respondent no.5 (The Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Munger) shall dispose off Annexure 6 dated 07.12.2015 by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and all admissible dues on account of salary should be paid to the petitioner within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Writ petition is disposed off.
