JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking removal of encroachment from the Government land, appertaining to R.S.P. No. 633 under Khata No. 1001 in Thana No. 185 in villageHardiya P.S. Pupari under Sitamarhi District, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondent-State that an encroachment proceeding bearing Encroachment Case No.

5/2018-2019 has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Pupari, District-Sitamarhi i.e. the Respondent No. 3.

In such view of the matter, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to conclude the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.4922 of 2020(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 encroachment proceedings by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
