2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, two unknown persons forcibly snatched the Toto vehicle and mobile from the informant on the gun point.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case He next submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11469 of 2024 and 8319 of 2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14983 of 2025(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 Petitioner in custody since 29.11.2024. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as well as on the basis of confession of the petitioner and the learned court below made error of record at the time of hearing the bail application of the petitioner as stated in para-10 of the petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Benches of this Court and he has got clean antecedent, so I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 513 of 2023.
