2. The following reliefs have been sought in the present writ petition:

"a) For issuance of Writ in nature of Certiorari quashing the Letter No. BSDM/Domain108/2025/2601 dated 27.11.2025 (Annexure-P/14) passed by Respondent No. 3 wherein the Petitioner Company has been blacklisted for next two years without considering the facts and circumstances of the case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3475 of 2026(2) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 b.) For any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Upon perusal of records, it is evident that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Respondent No. 2 (Annexure-P/15 to the writ petition), which is pending consideration.

4. Accordingly, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
