The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 821 of 2017 registered under Section 411 of the Indian penal Code.

It is contended that petitioner was made accused only on the basis of confessional statement made by Vikash Kumar Yadav from whose possession stolen mobile was recovered and he falsely stated that he had purchased the mobile from the petitioner; moreover, this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sourav Kumar Thakur @ Sourav Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with
