2. By filing this application, the petitioner is seeking extension of time to surrender in the learned court below and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 983 of 2022.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he could not surrender before the learned court because he was not properly communicated about the order passed by this Court.

4. There is no opposition to the application.

5. Having regard to the above-mentioned submissions, this Court extends the period to surrender in the learned court below by three weeks from today. If the petitioner surrenders in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26109 of 2024(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 the learned court below within three weeks from today, he will get the benefit of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 983 of 2022 and his bail bond shall be accepted by the learned court.

6. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

7. This application stands disposed of.
