04. 09.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.01.2015 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 3260 of 2013 (Tr. No. 5201 of 2014) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
