The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353, 379, 511, 333, 332, 186, 189 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding two groups of people having been quarreling with each other and they are said to have indulged in assault with each other as also had attacked the Police personnel when the Police Party had reached there to pacify the situation. It is also alleged that the accused persons had tried to snatch fire arms from the Police Party. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.13232 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 about 60 persons have been named in the FIR but the petitioner is not a named FIR accused person and his name has transpired subsequently upon disclosue made by the witensses. It is further submitted that some of the named accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 13418 of 2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 03.01.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018.
