By way of present modification application the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 03.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77907 of 2018 to the extent that due to some typographical mistake the parentage and address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition, Son of Ramayodhya Singh, Resident of Village - Bhawanipur, P.S. - Sangrampur, District - East Champaran, and due to which, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 23.01.2019, whereas, the correct parentage and address of the petitioner is Son of Manaee Mahto, Resident of Village - Fulwariya, P.S. - Sugaul, District - East Champaran, which he has mentioned in para -4 of the modification petition on oath.

No. 77907 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the parentage and address of the petitioner be read as Son of Manaee Mahto, Resident of Village - Fulwariya, P.S. - Sugaul, District - East Champaran.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below for furnishing bail bonds. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
