JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 12-03-2015 By order dated 25.11.1994 this Court directed the petitioner to file a copy of the order, violation of which has been alleged in the contempt application. It is reported by the office that till date the said order has not been filed.

During the pendency of the application it is informed by learned counsel for the State that the petitioner, who is also an Advocate appearing in person in the matter, has died. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 in which after stating the facts in detail it is submitted that no violation of the interim order as alleged in the contempt application has been made.

Patna High Court MJC No.1370 of 1992 (3) dt.12-03-2015 In the aforesaid view of the matter, the contempt application is disposed of.
