The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that co-accused, Vaneshwar Mandal @ Banai Mandal against whom, there is allegation that he gave farsa blow to the informant, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail and the case of this petitioner stands on much better footing to that of co-accused, Vaneshwar Mandal @ Banai Mandal, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3440 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
