2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307,353, 379, 511, 333, 332, 186, 189 and 504 IPC registered in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018.

3. At the very outset this Court takes note that the petitioners have prior cases of similar nature in which they have been made accused with accusation under Section 307 IPC.

4. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15051 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 before the learned Court below the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order, expeditiously. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
