Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 566 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gaya. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, it would not be proper in the interest of society to enlarge the petitioner on bail, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail
