2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 526 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) 111(2)(b) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a case of theft, the petitioner is the purchaser of the stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2025. He further submits that co-accused Zaheer Alam has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 26.02.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 10782 of 2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submission of the parties, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 526 of 2025 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Palanwa Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) One of the bailors will be a close blood relative of the petitioner.
