Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, it surfaced that the son of the petitioner had some illicit relation with deceased Babita Devi, for that reason, murder of Babita Devi was committed.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19081 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banka Police Station Case No.659 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
