ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-09-2015 The Opposite Party No.2 is physically present in Court and she submits that she is living with her husband. Even though things have not normalized as yet but she has no complains and does not want to proceed with the present prosecution. In view of the agreement between the spouses, the Petitioner shall deposit half of his salary in the account of the Opposite Party No.2 for the maintenance of the house, education of the children and her own upkeep. It is expected that the parties will abide by the aforesaid terms regularly.

No.20435 of 2014 dt.09-09-2015 2/2 No.22 of 2012 pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna and Danapur P.S. case No.186 of 2012 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna and further proceedings of Complaint case No.1273C of 2012 including the order of cognizance dated 15.9.2012 passed by the S.D.J.M., Patna in Complaint case No.1273C of 2012 is hereby set aside. Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
