This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused, Dinesh Ram, is alleged to have caused fire arm injury at the stomach of the mother of the informant, as a result whereof she died. There is allegation of firing against the petitioner also, which caused injury at the left palm of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is concocted one and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.04.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 414 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court.
