Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim.

Submission is that he and others committed murder of the victim though it was informed to the family members that the victim died of falls from a ladder. The death was caused within seven years of marriage and dead body was disposed of without information to the parents or the police as well as without any treatment to the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not

No.8707 of 2018 (3) dt.23-03-2018 inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present in connection with Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No. 58 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3rd, Vaishali at Hajipur /successor court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself. .
