Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P. S. case no. 67/2014 registered under section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC. There is allegation against this petitioner that he gave farsa blow on the head of the informant and injury report vide annexure 3 reveals that one incised wound was found on the head of the informant but admittedly, aforesaid injury was found simple in nature. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4224 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Govindganj (Malahi) P.
