The Petitioner seeks bail in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S Act.

Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing one year of custody in jail. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
