The petitioner seeks extension of order dated 20.12.2019 by which the petitioner had been directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the specified period, but will surrender within a period of four weeks from today.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, the period of four weeks fixed in the order dated 20.12.2019 stand extended by a further period of four weeks.
