JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to GP-24 appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority under Section 9(6)(a) of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned.
Permission is accorded.
