JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 19.1.2018, seeks bail in Kotwali PS Case No. 382 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that the police apprehended one Amresh Kumar from whose possession a country made pistol, two live cartridges and some documents were recovered. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was neither apprehended on the spot nor any incriminating materials were recovered from his possession and he has clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Munger in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 382 of 2017.
