The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharahara P.S. Case No.137 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.1506 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC and other allied sections 25(1-b)a 26(i) 35 of Arms Act.

In the instant bail application filed by the petitioner, at para-3, it is stated that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and later on a supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that petitioner has six criminal antecedents. From the aforesaid facts, it transpires that the petitioner has tried to suppress his criminal antecedent from the Court, as such, without going into the merits of the case, the prayer
