The petition is directed against the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
