2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 302, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the three petitioners, due to previous litigation, assaulted the father of the informant, as a result of which, during course of treatment, he died.
